Arabic Interpreter’s Call (31/07/2025) part time in Lesvos (Pyxida Center)
ILIAKTIDA A.M.K.E., based in Lesvos, announces job positions as part of the implementation of the project “PYXIDA – Supplementary Support Mechanism of the National Strategy for the protection of unaccompanied minors in Greece” under the Special Action AMIF/2023/SA/1.2.1 MS under pressure – unaccompanied minors, with OPS (MIS) code 6010542 and funding from the “Greece Programme – Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund 2021-2027”.
The project, lasting 36 months, aims to enhance the effectiveness of the existing Protection System for Unaccompanied Minors in Greece by creating an integrated supplementary mechanism to address the needs and structural deficiencies identified during the implementation of the relevant National Strategy.
Specifically, the project includes a) Establishment and operation of 5 Centers across Greece to provide specialized services in mental health, legal assistance, addressing school dropout phenomena, and services for unaccompanied minors transitioning to adulthood (18-21 years old) who lack a protective framework. b) Training and clinical supervision for professionals in the field. c) Escort services in cases of emergency transfers or hospitalization in medical institutions. d) Educational and informational materials and workshops aimed at empowering unaccompanied minors and enhancing their participation.
As part of the establishment and operation of the Day Center PYXIDA, ILIAKTIDA A.M.K.E. announces job positions for Interpreters in Larsos, Mytilene as follows:

The duration of employment is defined from the signing of the contract up to one year, with the possibility of extension until 30 of June 2027. In case of a time extension of the project beyond 30 of June 2027, there is the possibility of renewal until the completion of the action.
